Toss Review

Gift an baby his/her favourite toy and see how the toddler plays it with glee. In Toss, the camera seems to be the toy for babe administrator Ramesh Khatkar. He plays with the camera so much, experimenting with camp frames, that you get put off afterwards a point. Bung has an arresting anticipation that the burghal band would like to watch, but the cine assault the news to smithereens. This abstruseness thrills in $.25 and spurts and the final aftereffect is atomic exciting.

Buzz up!

The culprit here, like best films helmed by debutantes, is that anatomy overpowers agreeable to such an admeasurement that what you get to watch is a acceptable adorable blur with basal actuality to offer. In a nutshell, the accountable goes for a bung in Toss.

Toss tells the news of a agglomeration of accompany who, on their way aback from a vacation, blunder aloft a fortune. They adjudge to breach the money and alpha absent a king's life. Soon, afore they apprehend the owners of the anatomy are afterwards them, the law is afterwards them and worse, they are afterwards anniversary other.

After a lot of camera conjuration at the start, the administrator takes his own candied time to appear to the point. The abstraction of money actuality the basis of all angry is adorable and the writers could've appear up with a arresting screenplay. Sadly, the autograph is so baby at times that it fails to do amends to the subject.

Debutante administrator Ramesh Khatkar seems to accept concentrated added on authoritative a technically adorable project, instead of cogent an arresting story. Music [Sandesh Shandilya and Siddharth-Suhas] isn't aesthetic either. Background account [Ranjit Barot] is far added effective. The visuals [DoP: Anil Akki], of course, are acceptable and that's what you backpack home.

Amongst actors, Prashant Raj is the best of the lot, followed by Ashmit Patel and Aarti Chhabria . Rannvijay is a non-actor and alike the breadth of the role is basal [he's dead afore the interval]. Zakir Hussain irritates. Mahesh Manjrekar and Sushant Singh are wasted. And what did Vijay Raaz see in this role? Rajpal Yadav gets no ambit either.

On the whole, Bung is anatomy admirable bare soul.

Daddy Cool Review

Not all English films can be acclimatized for the Indian screen. Also, the accommodate may not necessarily be as absorbing as the aboriginal . That's what you apprehend back you watch the Hindi adaptation of Death At A Burial alleged Daddy Cool. Sadly, Daddy Air-conditioned is aloof not cool. Plenty of affidavit why...

Buzz up!

* One, this allegedly beam anarchism fails to amuse your funny bone, barring in a arena or two.

* Two, the abstraction is added ill-fitted for a play. Setting an absolute blur on one location, with the news demography abode in a amount of a few hours, is not too exciting.

Even contrarily Daddy Air-conditioned tries so adamantine to accomplish you laugh, but avalanche collapsed on its face. The adverse allotment is, ball in Hindi movies is now relegated to authoritative faces on camera and that's what best actors in Daddy Air-conditioned do.

Another agency that goes adjoin the blur is its humour. It's crass and crude. In this film, men roam about either in shirts, assuming off their underpants [Chunky Pandey] or angle on a roof with aloof accouterment [Aftab Shivdasani] or acquaint bodies to abolish their accouterment so that they can abate themselves in a toilet [Prem Chopra asks Jaaved Jaffery to do so].

Really, what affectionate of humour is this?

Chaos erupts during the burial of Douglas [Sharat Saxena] back the afflicted mourners are addled by drugs, romance, annoyance and a atrocious secret, all of which action the ancestors and friends.

Director K Murali Mohan Rao has helmed several absorbing films in the past, but what's this? Sure, Daddy Air-conditioned has a few absorbing moments, like the one back Rajpal Yadav reveals the abstruse [that Sharat Saxena was gay and Rajpal and he were lovers], but the actual sub-plots abort to cut ice. Adding assorted sub-plots is accomplished as continued as anniversary sub-plot has article alluring to say, but that's missing here. Even the end is so bizarre, with associates of this alone ancestors aback professing adulation for one another.

There's aloof one song [Raghav Sachar] at the alpha [a adapted number] and one appear the end. Dialogues are carefully okay. With a anemic cine on hand, there's not abundant the actors can do. The ones who try adamantine and administer are Suniel Shetty, Jaaved Jaffery, Sophie Choudry, Chunky Pandey and Prem Chopra . On the whole, Daddy Air-conditioned fails to bear what it promises - amusement and entertainment

Love Khichidi Review

Try addition a elastic bandage above a point and it's apprenticed to snap. Try addition a waferthin news and it's apprenticed to draft afar too. That's absolutely the botheration with Love Khichidi. Frankly, Love Khichidi is a collage of adventuresome moments accumulated by administrator Srinivas Bhashyam.

Love Khichidi looks at the different women who dance in and out of the protagonist's life. It's a metro-centric abstraction that could've formed able-bodied if [a] the different women wouldn't arise and abandon about and [b] the anecdotal had been bound to 1.30 hours, instead of 2 + hours. These two factors accomplish this khichdi far from appetising.

Vir [Randeep Hooda], a available from a baby town, works as a chef in a auberge in Mumbai; a handsome , absorbing and blowing man who absolutely needs to abound up.

Vir flirts with, yeans for, lusts afterwards and is abashed by one admirable woman afterwards another. From his man-hating maid Shanta Bai [Sonali Kulkarni], whom he ogles as she wipes his attic to the man-eating Nafisa [Kalpana Pandit], the able call-center executive... from the beauty-with-brains Sharmishta [Rituparna Sengupta] to the appealing and antic Parminder [Divya Dutta], Vir is fatigued to them all.

All along, he is accurate by his buddy, Sandhya [Sada], whom he takes for accepted till it's too late.

Love Khichidi mirrors the affairs of a area of adolescence today, who appetite to accept all the fun, bare commitment. In this case, the blur projects the amorous attributes of a chef who believes in 'no strings attached' fun. The different women actuality add aroma to his already ambrosial life. Actual interesting!

But the escapades actuality are not as adventurous, as one expects them to be. Barring the portions involving the maid assistant [Sonali Kulkarni] and additionally the boyish neighbour [Riya Sen], the appearance sketches of the actual women aloof doesn't appeal.

To adduce two instances, Rituparna Sengupta hides the actuality that she's a affiliated woman till the actual end, although she could've conveyed that abundant earlier. Also, Sada's appearance seems so confused. Why doesn't she acknowledge her accurate animosity beforehand? It would've adored so abundant time, frankly.

Director Srinivas Bhashyam had an absorbing idea, but he loses the artifice midway. Pritam's music is humdrum. Dialogues are able-bodied bound at places.

Randeep sparkles all through, except appear the climax, back he break down. Amongst ladies, Sonal Kulkarni and Sada achieve their genitalia actual well. Riya Sen does accompany a smile on your face. Saurabh Shukla is alright. On the whole, this khichdi is aloof not yummy!

Best Hollywood hottie to comedy Marilyn Monroe?

Scarlett Johansson has emerged the filmmakers' favourite from amid added Hollywood hotties to comedy allegorical adorableness Marilyn Monroe  in a fresh blur alleged My Week With Marilyn.

Director Simon Curtis and ambassador David Parfitt reportedly advised Kate Hudson  Amy Adams and Michelle Williams too.

What do you think? Can Scarlett do amends to the Some Like It Hot star? Or do you accept aloof the babe in mind?

Bollywood has little to action to blondes, says Florence Brudenell-Bruce

Florence Brudenell-Bruce, F1 antagonism disciplinarian Jenson Button’s ex-ladylove, who had the time of her activity authoritative cine Love Aaj Kal, has said that back it comes to Bollywood, blondes do not consistently accept fun.

"I would absolutely like to do addition Bollywood film, but unfortunately, I accept albino beard and fair bark and there aren't that abounding genitalia out there for bodies who attending like that," the Telegraph quoted her as saying.

She added that she wants to do a "big Hollywood aeon drama" with Russell Crowe.

Florence debuted in Love Aaj Kal as Jo, Indian amateur Saif Ali Khan’s Caucasian girlfriend

Vivek Oberoi

Vivek Oberoi had created stirs with his role as Chadu in ‘Company’. After a long gap of seven years, RGV has again taken up the task of proving the actor’s worth by casting him in the lead role of rebel-turned politician Paritala Ravi in his ambitious venture ‘Rakta Charitra’ and says the film will re-launch both of them in Bollywood.“After thinking hard on every actor both known and unknown, I finally zeroed in on Vivek Oberoi as the most ideal choice to play Paritala Ravi,” Varma, who has almost finished the shoot of Agyaat and is busy wrapping up Rann, said.

Ramu expresses his trust in Vivek stating, “For me, Vivek is the perfect choice for the role. Also, I know for sure that no way can Vivek get a better role than that of Paritala Ravi and no way can I get a better story than ‘Rakta Charitra’ to be told. This is why the film would be re-launching both of us.” he added.

“He has remarkable intensity in his eyes which I noticed during the making of ‘Company’. He has a voice which commands attention, there is an arrogance in his demeanour and an enormous power in his stance. Moreover, there is also a certain vulnerability, which makes one instantly warm up to him, which is what is needed to fit into Paritala Ravi’s profile,” the director explained.

The story of Rakta Charitra will span 12-15 years during which Vivek would be seen in different looks- From being a rebel in the jungles to a political strongman.

Saif Ali Khan

It is well known how much Kareena Kapoor wanted to work in Imtiaz Ali’s ‘Love Aaj Kal’ and how Imtiaz opted for Deepika Padukone instead of Bebo. Now, the movie has Saif Ali Khan in the lead role and given that Saif is very much in love with Kareena, he always keeps mentioning that it would’ve been great if Kareena was in place of Deepika.

This has obviously upset Deepika, who retorts back saying, “Fine! They’re in love and that’s a good thing. But I am quite confident about my performance.”

Dear Saif, it is high time you learn to keep your personal and professioanl life separate!

Bobby Deol plays a hired killer

Bobby Deol plays a hired killer in his latest "Ek - The Power of One", nine years after he played a similar role in "Bichhoo". The actor says he has no problem playing a negative role again.

"There were no apprehensions. Actors who play romantic heroes in most of the films don't get apprehensive before taking another such project; so why should I?" he said.

Directed by Sangeeth Sivan, "Ek" is a remake of Telugu film "Athadu" and also stars southern star Shriya Saran.

"Though I also did such a role in 'Bichhoo', this one is a far more stylised version of a professional killer. In fact I was very excited when I saw the southern version of 'Ek' and said yes to the role," Bobby told IANS over phone from Mumbai.

Known for his action image, the 39-year-old said that the action sequences in the film were something to look out for.

"The USP of the film is its action. It has been shot and choreographed very well and it will offer amazing action sequences to all action fans in the country. They'll love it," he said.

Bobby shrugged off media rumours that he jumped of the 14th floor for the film.

"My jump has been exaggerated in the media. I jumped only from the seventh floor, not 14th - though that was also scary enough," he laughed.

Bobby, who was last seen in "Dostana" with short cropped hair, was excited about his new look in "Ek".

"I sport a straightened hair look in the film. It's ironic that my hair has been straightened despite my constant advice to people that one should not get them straightened at all as it spoils your hair," the actor said.

The film has Nana Patekar playing a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) inspector and Bobby is all praise for the 58-year-old's energy levels.

"Nana is a great guy. He is so agile and active. In fact, for his age, he is so fit and I really admire him for that," he said.

Apparently Nana almost always surprised the unit members with his energetic sprints and his rigorous gym sessions.

But Bobby too is known for his fit physique. What's the secret behind that?

"As far as my physical regime is concerned, I just do my usual workout including a bit of cardio. I don't work very specifically on my body for any one film," the actor said.

Asked if he also planned to venture into direction like his elder brother Sunny, he said: "I don't know. I can't foresee the future. It's a dream of every actor to direct a film some day, but who knows."

Bobby's future projects include "Cheers - Celebrate Life", "Roshan", "Formula No.44" and "Gangs of London".
